The cut they take is huge. I recently had an issue because a brand agreed to pay me X but then couldn’t afford it because tribe took such a cut - Tribe then asked me to reduce my fee (I was doing the reel for super cheap anyway). The brand let slip that tribe were charging them almost half of my fee…. Yet tribe wanted me to cut my rate down so the brand could afford it!
