I’d love to be able to link my portfolio to my account.

Some brands allow the feature of approved posts, this is really helpful to get an idea of what the brand want/to know you’re on the right track with your own content ideas for submissions. I’ve noticed only some brands use this. It would be helpful for creators if this feature was compulsory.

The payment rate guide is on the low side compared to what people charge outside of the app. It also doesn’t take into consideration the time and effort put into a post. Some posts take 3-10 hours to create others can take a few days +.

Combine story and grid post in one submission At the moment, when a brand requests a story and a grid post, they seem to be prioritising stories because they’ll always be cheaper compared to a full grid post. If the story and grid submission were submitted on tribe together with the few combined then the brand can’t choose to only confirm the story, so both tribe and the creator benefits.

There is nothing worse than seeing you’ve been declined “for not having the type of audience” and then seeing on their approved loads of accounts with the same type of audience as you!

I understand that Tribe sometimes has to chase down payments but that burden shouldn't be passed onto creators. Penalizing creators who want or need payment immediately is unfair. And the other option of waiting 45 days is ridiculous. If Tribe has to do this then 14 days should be the maximum waiting period for creators to be paid for the work they have already done.

Rather than just declining and saying rates too high, have a negotiation feature where they can put in a proposed rate

Brands should be required to give specific reasons for declines. For example, when a creator has matched everything in the brief yet the decline reason is “we’ve decided to approve submissions that more closely match the brief”. All this says to me is that they either want to work with lower paid creators (in which case, negotiate) or they have specific creators in mind (in which case state this in your brief OR only contact those creators). The absolute worst is “you’ve just missed out this time” as this is a dreadful decline reason.
