It would be great if creators can rate brands

Rather than just declining and saying rates too high, have a negotiation feature where they can put in a proposed rate

notifications so creators no when a new ad has been posted

It seems hash tagging AD kills the reach, it does so much worse than my organic posts. Is there a reason it has to be hash-tagged?

I understand that Tribe sometimes has to chase down payments but that burden shouldn't be passed onto creators. Penalizing creators who want or need payment immediately is unfair. And the other option of waiting 45 days is ridiculous. If Tribe has to do this then 14 days should be the maximum waiting period for creators to be paid for the work they have already done.

Hey there. I’ve noticed a lot of brands are just on here to sell their product to creators or get click-throughs to their website. Perhaps you could start screening brands more thoroughly? Pre-approving and mock shots should just be allowed as default always - so that it’s not an opportunity for brands to use this platform in the wrong way. They should at least be able to spell and put a sentence together professionally for their campaign, as I’m sure most creators would for their time-consuming submissions (unlike a recent campaign from some brand trying to get clicks to YouTube). Other than that you are a wonderful company with amazing customer service! Cheers.

I am a bit confused this evening. I was contacted by a member of the Tribe team who told me that a brand was keen to work with me again. I had already put in a submission. This was then rejected by the brand because they had ‘spent the budget.’ I can very clearly see that this is not the case - the pending submissions and budget spent is at the bottom of the briefs. This is completely unfair to creators. I think most of us would take a simple ‘we didn’t like your submission’ or ‘you charge too much.’ Lying is not on. It’s an insult to our intelligence. As I had a previous successful campaign with the brand, I have a means of contacting them, so I have politely asked for honest feedback.
