Yes I came here looking to suggest this because we need it so badly!! I never want to lowball myself but sometimes I can be flexible with the rate for a job. It sucks to put literally an hour into a submission and then they say the rate is too high, but I can’t contact them again

Hear me out.. sometimes a brand may love our content but be nearing their budget exhaustion. That’s when instead of having our content declined fully, it would be great if the brands could send us a negotiating offer, upon which we can decide if we want to decline or accept. This way as creators even if we decide to accept a lower rate, we don’t feel that all our efforts have completely gone to waste

So many times I’ve created my submission and I’ve had a decline based on budget, if there was a negotiate button on their end then we can have an open dialogue and negotiate the price instead of losing the job all together...

If there was a negotiate rates feature more creators would get approved and the brands would also get more coverage.

I’ve had some come back to me to negotiate the price via the inbox but others have rejected my posts because of the price asked - so I agree it would be good to have a feature for this.
