Increase pay rates

Pay rates are way too low and brands still try to haggle for lower rates. Creatives shouldn’t be taken advantage of like that

I absolutely agree with you!
Sophie
These rates are definitely well below the average in the industry!

Sophie: its actually put me off the app a fair bit as ive made well over triple the amount per post from other agencies. When i first joined this app i was clueless about rates so just followed the guidlines but for the last few months I've not really tried as often left out of pocket / recieved a pretty low sum.

Suggested Fees Should Be higher

Fees should be higher on the suggested page as they are currently underpaying influencers.

I’ve had to drop my rates!! The guide for me is £180-£280. I charge £100 and the companies still want me to reshoot! (38k followers)
Are the companies being informed of the rates??? They seem to want something for nothing!!
I’m tired of seeing posts advertising for 3k-100k bloggers to be told their budget doesn’t allow it then they offer me a pitiful amount
( I used to charge £200 and got loads of posts, now it’s impossible as they prefer lower paid ads?)
Jemimah
Sarah: you only charge £100?!? 🤯🤯 I charge way over that and I only have 11k.. I get a lot of work from tribe and would NEVER go as low as that. Some ads I have got over £250 for. I wouldn’t want to work for a brand that doesn’t value my content. X
Jade
Sarah: I have 15.8k and charge way more then £100 !!
Aylsa
Sarah: you shouldn’t be charging this low. Please stand up for yourself with brands and know your worth xx
Sarah
I first started charging £200 a post and got loads of paid posts but lately it’s dropped off massively with companies wanting something for nothing!
Jemimah
Sarah: do you have good engagement, reach etc? Back up the reasons for why you charge x amount. I would never lower that much x
Emma
Sarah: Wow no £100 is not enough, I believe £200 is on the low side for you.
